By browsing our website, creating a profile, applying to a role, or posting a job, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Who We Are

Talent Affair is a boutique recruitment consultancy based in Kolkata, India, acting as an HR middleman between companies and candidates. We provide recruitment, staffing, contracting, training, and HR consulting services across Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, NCR, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Indore, and Lucknow.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Terms for Candidates

• Creating a profile, applying to roles, and being shortlisted through Talent Affair is completely free.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your resume, work history, and other profile details.
• We do not guarantee an interview, offer, or placement for any role you apply to.

Talent Affair never charges candidates any fee — for registration, shortlisting, interviews, or placement. Our services are funded entirely by hiring companies.

4. Terms for Companies

Companies engaging Talent Affair for recruitment, staffing, or HR consulting are bound by the specific commercial terms agreed in their service agreement or engagement letter. These Terms of Use apply in addition to, and do not replace, any such agreement. Job briefs, candidate requirements, and fee structures shared with us are treated as confidential.

5. Acceptable Use

When using our platform, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Use the platform to spam, harass, or discriminate against any candidate or company.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content or candidate data without authorisation.
• Attempt to bypass our security measures or access accounts that are not yours.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including our logo, branding, text, and design — is the property of Talent Affair Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

7. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we apply structured screening and genuine care to every match, Talent Affair cannot guarantee that any candidate will be hired or that any role will be filled. Final hiring decisions rest solely with the employer.

8. Limitation of Liability

Talent Affair is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services, including decisions made by companies or candidates based on information exchanged through our platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our platform for any user who violates these Terms, provides fraudulent information, or misuses our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
