Talent Affair was founded in 2025 in Kolkata with a simple observation: hiring in India is broken not because there's a shortage of talent, but because there's too much noise between good candidates and the companies who need them. We started as a small team determined to fix that — by doing the unglamorous work of sourcing, screening, and matching properly, instead of just forwarding resumes and hoping something sticks.
